The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Price Match Promise: - Our price match promise means we will match and may even beat any other genuine UK retail outlet* price**. Simply call our sales team on 01324 840444 with the details of where you saw the price in question and our staff will be happy see what we can offer.
* To be classed as UK retail, the outlet in question must operate at least one store anywhere in the UK.
** The price must be clearly printed in a UK magazine, catalogue or on the retailers own UK based and up to date web site.

Credit Card Payments: - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta payments.

FMTC Returns Policy: - Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Items returned for refund which are returned because the item or items are not suitable or non faulty after the initial 7 day period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims for damage and shortages must be advised within 7 days from arrival. Please contact FMTC before hand if you wish any help with this process.

FMTC Carriage Policy: - Delivery - Subject to your payment being authorised, we will despatch all in stock orders by next day service. Please allow up to 28 days for any items that may be out of stock.

Ordering: - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Delivery UK Customers: - All orders will be sent by Registered Post or Insured Courier

Q. What information do we collect and how do we use it?

This will allow FMTC to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.
